We just wrapped up our Camp Thrive Retreat last month.
To say it was transformative and powerful is an understatement.
As a founder, there are experiences you get to endure in your career that remind you that you’re on the right track – this retreat being one of them.
As part of the Thrive Collective, we host experiences for our clients and this year we brought our members to our local area – the Hudson Valley.
The transformations were powerful.
The relationship-building was priceless.
We covered a few key areas during our experience including:
Lia is a Tedx, SXSW Speaker, a former Google Leader and a dear friend of mine. She recently wrote the book, Unstuck, and gave us such great insight on owning who we are, our work, and most importantly, our value as we expand as founders.
Mariela is a Thrive Collective Leadership advisor who joined us on our retreat to talk about emotional intelligence and how we can use it for leadership and growth as a business owner. Whether you’re leading a team or a community – your leadership and emotional awareness will dictate your level of success.
We had my dear friend, Terry Rice, who has done an incredible job of forming strategic alliances and partnerships for growth. He came in and taught us about leveraging public speaking, partnering with brands and how you can use this as a lead into your services and offerings.
Then we ended day one with a farm-to-table dinner at the lovely Hasbrouk House located in Stone Ridge, NY.
We had our second advisor in the Thrive Collective, Kaitlyn Carlson of Theory Planning Partners come in to talk about the foundations of building financial wealth. Our office hours are a key component as our goal is to go deeper than just revenue – but how do we leverage our business revenue to drive personal wealth building.
We then had Audrey Saccone of Audrey Digital give us an interactive workshop focusing on offer suite buildout. She’s our marketing and launch advisor on Thrive Collective who comes in monthly to support our members.
I then led a mastermind breakout session where each group was able to collectively work together at an area of their business. Each person was seen, heard and supported as we worked through mindset blocks, business growth strategies, team growth and so much more. I LOVED listening in on the areas of support and the feedback being provided from each member.
Then we ended day two with a farm-to-table dinner outside on the patio at the Hasbrouk House followed by an eventful evening around the campfire. I mean, it wouldn’t be Camp Thrive without a s’mores and campfire night, right?
We kicked off day three with an HN Consulting client and dear friend, Ashley Pollard of Me Time – the world’s first-morning routine kit. It was a great way to get grounded after working on our business, mindset, growth and so much more. I love seeing everyone share their morning affirmation cards!
Our last Thrive Collective advisor, Victoria Franca of Omne Wellness gave us an informative workshop on Health is Wealth. Each of the members took an HTMA Mineral Analysis test prior to coming to the event so we could gauge their stress levels and areas of support for their body as we kick off Thrive. I LOVE this session for a multitude of reasons – one being stress is one of the leading causes of all hospital visits, burnout and entrepreneurs leaving the industry.
This was our first kick-off to cohort #3 of the Thrive Collective – a 1:1 advisory environment that meets a group of high-level founders, 2 in-person retreats, and key advisors here to support you for a year. We closed our incredible event with a reflection on how they can integrate everything they’ve learned, observed, and reflected on.
This wouldn’t have been possible without a few key people and brands that we want to thank – you can check out a video of them HERE.
Stay tuned for our next event happening in April of 2023! And if you want to be part of this group – you can join our waitlist HERE or fill out the application to have early access to our 2023 spots.
